17:30 – 18:15 16+ yrs Obstacle Course Fitness (Functional Strength & Conditioning)
18:20 – 19:25 12+ yrs Open Session (Suitable for those with prior parkour experience)
19:30 – 20:30 12 to 17 yrs Parkour / Freerunning (Structured Class)
Wednesday:
16:30 – 17:25 7 to 11 yrs Parkour / Freerunning (Structured Class)
17:30 – 18:20 7 to 11 yrs Open Session (Suitable for those with prior parkour experience)
18:30 – 19:30 17+ yrs Hybrid Session (Mixed Structured / Open Session)
19:30 – 20:30 12+ yrs Open Session (Suitable for those with prior parkour experience)
Thursday:
16:30 – 17:25 12 to 17 yrs Parkour / Freerunning (Structured Class)
