A no holds barred circuits based adult fitness programme for the real world. High intensity, low impact strength, cardio and fitness challenges utilising parkour based functional movement and ninja warrior style obstacles. A holistic approach to fitness aimed at adults who desire the strength and fitness to tackle any challenge.

Low impact, technically varied parkour challenges without the big heights and scary jumps. Suitable for all ages from 9 to adult.
A low impact, low intensity movement focused class ideal for beginners, drop-ins and those who want to get an experience of parkour without the scary jumps or regular training commitment. These sessions approach the practice of parkour from a totally different perspective to our other classes which means they would also be suitable for regulars looking to mix up their training.
1 hour – £12 or Included with Bronze Memberships & Above.
A class dedicated to those training for our new grading programme.
The Street Motion award scheme is an optional addition to our main parkour/freerunning classes. Those who participate will get the opportunity to demonstrate their skills at gradings which will be held througout the year and achieving each level will enable them to learn bigger and better moves which are not included as part of our ungraded syllabus.
1 hour – £10
Members – Free.
For a limited period this class will not be deducted from membership allowances so people with a bronze/silver membership can try this class whilst still attending the other class(es) they would normally go to.
Same as before but different age group.
This is the same format as our other pre existing parkour/freerunning classes for under 18’s just for a sligtly different age range to the other classes on offer.
